Parents must ensure that children bring the Diary to school everyday
Parents are requested to avoid requesting leave for their wards as far as possible. In case or absence for special reasons, leave application should be sent in written prior to the date. In case of sickness, leave letter should be produced on the day the
student attends the school. Producing medical certificate is essential in case of long absence and the student must come to school with his / her parent and meet the principal.Parents should check and sign their children’s diary every day for homework and other instructions.

Any change in address, phone number etc.. Should be reported to the school office immediately. The school is required to keep an up to date record of such information.
Parents should see that their children follow the rules and regulations of the school.
Parents who are desirous of taking their wards home during working hours (in case of any emergency) should come in person and get permission from the principal by submitting a
written request duly signed. Parents must not sent relatives or strangers to school to pick up their wards.During an emergency situation, the person who comes to pick the child must bring an authorization letter. The parent must inform about the same to the school office, over phone also.
Parents are asked to refrain from sending an obviously sick child to school, even during the examination.
Parents have the responsibility to notify the school when a student suffers from ailments like severe allergies, diabetes, heart disease fits any abnormality etc.
Absence must be recorded in the leave record.
Students are not supposed to be in the school premises before and after school hours unless specified by the school authorities.
Students should follow the courses of study, to confirm to the regulations of the school, to obey promptly all the directions of the teacher, to be kind & helpful to their peers, to be clean & neat in their habits and to avoid bad language.
All students should carry a clean handkerchief to school every day. Students who carry their lunch to school should bring a napkin
Students should not bring razor blade, needle, pin or costly articles, gold ornaments etc, to the school. An excessive amount of money&valuables should not be brought to school. Articles found should be turned in at the office.
In the event of loss of costly articles, the school will not entertain any complaint.
Parents should see that their children follow the rules and regulations of the school.
A second I.D card will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- at the school office in case the first I.Dcard is lost or damaged.
Parent or Guardian shall not visit their wards/teachers in classrooms.
Private tuition is discouraged but may be resorted to after consulting the principal, for differently abled students.
All are advised to speak English in and around the school at all times. It is never to make you forget the mother tongue but to help you ensure your international citizenship.
Complaints, if any, should be written and must be handed over to the principal.
Students should strictly follow the uniform pattern given in the diary.
DISCIPLINARY RULES
The students must be in their classrooms by the first bell at 10-30 am. Those who come earlier are expected to sit in their classroom, preparing for lessons in silence.
At the school bell, on the days when there is school assembly, should march to the place assigned for each class and arrange themselves according to their height.
At the end of the day before the students disperse, a thanks giving prayer is said led by the teachers followed by the National Anthem.
Students may not be called to the phone during class hours.
Going from one class room to another between class hours should be done in silence.
Students should attend the school regularly and punctually. Habitual latecomers will not be allowed to enter their classes without the permission of the Principal.
No student is permitted to sit for semester and final examination sunless all fees are paid up to date.
The school is not responsible for books, notebooks, tiffin boxes, or any valuable item lost on the school premises. Every student is responsible for the safe keeping of his/her own
